Cofounder of Allies in Youth Development
Dr. Tatiana Baeva works with teams of leaders and volunteers in 15 countries around the world to impact the childhood of over 5,000 orphans. Dr. Baeva has taught as a professor in Russian and American universities, enriching the world of people with an acceptance, understanding and enjoyment of different cultures.
Randy Giveans
SR VP Equity Research Energy Maritime, Jefferies
Randy Giveans is the Senior Analyst and Group Head of Energy Maritime Shipping Equity Research and a Vice President at Jefferies. He currently covers 27 energy maritime shipping companies that transport crude oil, refined petroleum products, LNG, LPG, dry bulk commodities, and containers. Prior to joining Jefferies in 2011, Randy worked as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance department at Continental/United Airlines. Mr. Giveans received a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Economics from Spring Hill College and an MBA in Finance with an Energy Specialization from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
Kasey Shepherd
Nizhny Novgorod Basketball Team
Kasey Shepherd is an international basketball professional. He attended Dekaney High School (cum laude) in Houston and played for the Louisiana Lafayette Ragin Cajuns and was named to the SBC All Tournament Team.
